ZX777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZX777 website, downloading the ZX777 app, registering an account or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of ZX777, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without registering.

Your use of ZX777 is governed by these Terms and Conditions together with the ZX777 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any additional rules that apply to specific games, sports markets or promotions. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise in writing.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

ZX777 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, bet or use any part of ZX777. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. ZX777 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately.

In addition to the age requirement, you must:

• Be registering as an individual using your own real identity — not on behalf of another person or as a business entity.
• Not be an employee, director, contractor or close relative of an employee of ZX777 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

To use ZX777 in full, you must register a single account using accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

Each person is permitted to hold only one ZX777 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of whether the same device, payment method or personal details are used. If duplicate accounts are identified, ZX777 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balances obtained through the use of more than one account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ZX777 account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone or allow any other person to access your account. ZX777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZX777 support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ZX777 account.
• Never share your login details with anyone else.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ZX777 support promptly if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

ZX777 may at any time request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of the payment method used — before processing withdrawals or when required for account security purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restrictions.

04 Deposits

Deposits on ZX777 are processed in PKR. ZX777 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are set out on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your ZX777 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. ZX777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the ZX777 account holder's identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be flagged for review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ZX777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. ZX777 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts for each method are listed on the Withdrawal page.

Withdrawals are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster than bank transfers. ZX777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

ZX777 may delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification has not been completed or the documents provided are insufficient.
• There is an active bonus attached to your balance with an outstanding wagering requirement.
• The account is under review due to a security or fraud concern.
• The requested withdrawal amount exceeds the balance of funds cleared for withdrawal.

Only real-money deposits that have cleared wagering requirements (where applicable) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ZX777 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports-specific offers timed around events such as PSL fixtures, T20 series and international cricket. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit and expiry date — for each individual promotion are stated on the promotion's own page.

General bonus rules that apply across all ZX777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have fully completed account registration and identity verification.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a second bonus before the first is cleared will result in the first bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• ZX777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used or wagered before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• ZX777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Sports Betting Rules

ZX777 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. ZX777 reserves the right to limit, suspend or remove markets at any time, including before or during an event.

Cricket and PSL markets are available throughout the relevant seasons, with in-play betting available on selected matches. Odds for in-play markets update in real time and the odds accepted at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply — not the odds shown when you first opened the bet slip.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ZX777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, ZX777 will apply the rules stated for that specific market, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• ZX777 reserves the right to void a bet where the odds were clearly posted in error.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and vary by event and market type.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your ZX777 account balance following the settlement of the relevant event.

ZX777 does not tolerate match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt activity. Any account found to have placed bets based on inside information or in connection with match-fixing will be permanently closed and relevant authorities may be informed.

08 Casino & Slots

ZX777 offers live casino games and a library of slot titles. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds from licensed studios. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game providers and are not modified by ZX777.

Live Casino games on ZX777 — including live baccarat, live roulette and live blackjack — are streamed from professional studios and follow the standard rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Players should familiarise themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing bets.

• Casino game results are determined in real time and cannot be altered after a round has been completed.
• ZX777 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's device or internet connection during a game session. Incomplete rounds may be settled based on the last confirmed game state.
• Game-specific minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may be lower or higher than the general platform limits.

09 Player Conduct

Players using ZX777 are expected to behave in a respectful and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language toward ZX777 staff or other players in any chat or support channel.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim the same bonus more than once.

ZX777 reserves the right to monitor account activity, bet patterns and game behaviour for the purpose of detecting fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms and Conditions. Where violations are identified, ZX777 may void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts without prior notice.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZX777 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. The platform is designed for adult players who use it as a form of entertainment within their means. ZX777 strongly encourages all players to set a clear PKR budget before each session and to treat that budget as a firm limit.

The following tools are available to all ZX777 account holders and can be activated from account settings:
